Dr. Sybil Hart, Assistant Professor lectures at Texas Tech University in Lubbock,
Texas, about Exclusive relationships, sibling interaction, and jealousy, and
parent education programs. She knows a lot about non-exclusive relationships as
a Paternity Fraud Perpetrator. I am sure there has been much sibling interaction
and jealousy, especially when there are secrets whispered about, and two kids
have a father and the third doesn’t. I can imagine the parent education
program, “that’s ok honey, so you had an affair and the child is not your
husband’s. No need to tell him, he’ll
never find out, and even if he does, you can move away, keep the kids from him,
but make him pay all he’s got.” I guess
she practices what she preaches.
Dr. Hart has received grant money from the
National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, and the National Institute
of Mental Health. You can find out how much money she received and what she is
researching through the Freedom of Information Act, (FOIA). Not only is the
government doing her bidding in making an innocent man pay child support, she
is making her living by applying for and receiving grant money from the U. S.
Government.
One of the men suspected of being the
bio-dad, Jerry Turner, has said to me that he thinks he is the father, but he
cannot be sure, as there were other candidates. (see Men

Miss Hart’s first marriage to Bernie Feederer of Montreal broke up due to
infidelity. Miss Hart has a pattern of not being
honest, of lying and breaking her vows.
If you see her, ask her about the second honeymoon with Mr. Feederer,
and how she left him for 24 hours, on her second honeymoon. to go off with a man
she met on the plane. Better yer, ask Mr. Feederer, then you will know you are
getting the truth.

Sybil Hart is making her money off of
being an expert in child rearing, and by creating a misplaced concern about
children. What about her own children
and their right to know their legal father and their bio-dad? She is parading
about the country, gaining fame and fortune, while her behavior is the very
antithesis of her writings.
Sybil Hart (Ziskind) is an assistant
professor of Human Development and Family Studies at Texas Tech
University. She has been a childcare
center director and consultant, school psychologist, and therapist. She lives
in Lubbock, Texas. She has had a domestic violence report filed against her by
one of her daughters ,#0113124. It is available from the Lubbock Texas Police Department.
Sybil Hart (Ziskind) has consistently refused to comment on the paternity of her
daughter despite DNA evidence that the man she was married to at the time of
conception and birth is not the biological father, and a friend of the
cuckolded man has said that he is probably the bio-dad. She has even had protective orders issued by
the courts so that she does not have to discuss or reveal the paternity of her
daughter in deposition. She has
threatened to sue the newspapers (Lubbock-Avalanche Journal) for printing the
truth. Her world is starting to crumble

Sybil Hart Ziskind has also committed
financial perjury to the tune of at least a Quarter of a Million dollars($250,000) in her
financial affidavits. The proof is irrefutable for the financial perjury, the
deeds, the tax returns and the perjured affidavits. I cannot post the financial

Hart-Ziskind has the State’s Attorney (Nancy Blount, Head of DOR) at every hearing
and the Attorney General of Florida acting on her behalf, besides being able to
afford a private attorney, Evan Marks. The paternity fraud victim who is the
cuckolded husband has to represent himself pro-se. He cannot afford an
attorney. What is goining on between
Ms. Hart and Ms. Blount? What
is their real relationship?
The State of Florida is conspiring with Hart-Ziskind’s paternity fraud, they are also
conspiring with her financial perjury.
The Miami-Dade State’s Attorney office will not even let the perjury
evidence be presented.
What kind of political clout and power
does Hart-Ziskind have? Or could it be from her father, Paul Hart, aka Paul Schenav, who is a
multi-millionaire and used to own the VAN DYKE Hotel on Miami Beach and has a
company called Lincoln Bay that deals in rental and investment property?

Sybil Hart (Ziskind) has just
published a book through Simon and Schuster about sibling jealousy. I guess that when one sibling knows who her
father is and one doesn’t it can create some jealousy. Dr. Hart
is a teaching and research psychologist at Texas Tech University in Lubbock,
Texas. She is being paid by government funds to teach your children how to
commit paternity fraud. Let the Chancellor of
Texas Tech know
that she should not be teaching psychology. Let Texas Tech know that this type
of person should not be influencing and education our future leaders.
This is the kind of person teaching
your children at our institutions of higher learning, someone who cheats on her
marriage vows, lies to her children about their heritage, lies to her husband
and the bio-dad, defrauds the courts and her family, a Paternity Fraud
Perpetrator. And she is teaching students in the fields of medicine and
psychology to do the same.

father. Why has she denied contact of

she say to her oldest daughter that if you speak to your father I will not
pay for your college education, you are on your own, causing her to move to
Dallas, Texas? The
oldest child filed a domestic violence police report #0113124 in Lubbock, Texas, after
her mother hit and pushed her, and gave her a bloody lip. Sounds like the
mother is jealous of her own kids. |
