Possible bio-dads of the youngest child of# 1 Paternity Fraud Perpetrator, Sybil Hart

Putative Father # 1

Jerry Turner, High School Teacher in Miami-Dade.

Lives in Hollywood, Florida.

Has said to 2nd wife of David Ziskind (ex of perp #1)

“I PROBABLY AM THE FATHER, BUT THERE WERE TOO MANY OTHER CONTENDERS”

Mr. Turner has fathered other children out of wedlock, and is paying child support for a child of a women that he had a short affair with. The child’s mother came after Jerry Turner when the child was five or six years old.

Until court action was brought, Mr. Turner did not STEP UP TO THE PLATE.

Putative Father # 2

Dr. David Howitt, Ophthalmologist.

An Ophthalmologist living in Miami. His offices are in North Miami Beach.

He believes that he dated Sybil while she was still married, but doesn’t remember if the youngest child was born or not.

How conveniently we forget.

Putative Father # 3

David Bryan, Landscaper

Lives in South Miami or Kendall

Had affair with Hart while Hart was married to her husband. It was early on in the marriage, during the first time they lived in Florida. Seems the affair might have continued even after Hart said it was over. Hart still sees and talks to him, as late as 1997 he arranged for Hart’s vehicle to be shipped to Texas (Got this info from Harry Hart, Sybil Hart’s nerdy brother)

Yet she refuses to admit that the man she married is not the father of her youngest daughter, despite DNA evidence to the contrary, and is persecuting her ex-husband and his new family with the help of the Miami Dade State’s Attorney Office, Dept. of Revenue and the State’s Attorney General in Tampa, Florida. It pays to be rich, you don’t have to pay for attorney fees, you can get the state to do it for you. And if you are the man being persecuted, you must go to the State’s Attorney ‘s Office to prove the Paternity or in the case of Sybil Hart, Financial Perjury and Fraud.

Why do these men refuse to

STEP UP TO THE PLATE

and take responsibility for the kids they fathered.

If they had an affair with the female perp,

let them take a DNA test to prove they are not the father.

The women knows who she had relations with,

why is she allowed to “father-shop”.

The women needs to be honest and forthright and inform the State

of the men she slept with so the bio father can assume his responsibility,

not foist it on the innocent Paternity Fraud victim.

Men, if you think you might be the bio-dad,

even if the women you had an affair with is married,

Ask to be tested and take responsibility for your child.
