Jamie is my real name.  Zokcat is my online name.  I have a B.A. degree in art and I attend art lessons once a week.  Someday I hope to have a career in art, but for now I work a normal job and do my art on the side.

Skills:

My art skills include: drawing, painting, illustration, printmaking, and sculpture.  My computer art skills include: autoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Quark Xpress, and Paintbrush.  Although I can use a computer program to draw, I much prefer drawing by hand.

Other hobbies and interests:

Horseback riding:  If I'm not drawing, you can often catch me trail riding my horse "Sparky Boy".

Anime:  Yes, I'm an anime fan although I enjoy all cartoons.  I will often watch anime movies if I can catch them at the theatre or watch a series on television.

Video games:  I'm not a video game addict, but I do enjoy playing rpg's a lot on my playstation 2 or my pc.  I play a lot of Diablo II on battle.net

Reading:  I love to read.  I enjoy both fiction and non-fiction.  Fantasy, art books, and manga rank among my favorites.

Chats:  Every now and then I will chat online while I'm working on projects.  Usually Yahoo or MSM.  Once in a blue moon you can catch me on Furcadia.

Traveling:  With the price of gas, I don't go out as much as I used to.  However, I always enjoy seeing new places.

Favorites:

Color:  Hmm, I like all colors, but I do have a passion for purple.

Food:  Anything chocolate, pizza, Chinese.

Animals:  Big cats (usually tigers), but horses run a close second.

Place:  Locally - the countryside.  Worldwide - Cayman Islands is the neatest place I have visited so far.

Movies:  Lord of the Rings, The Lion King, Princess Mononoke.

Books:  Forgotten Realms books (especially with Drizzt), Dragonlance books, Lord of the Rings, Steven King books, how to draw manga books.  I also got a real kick out of "He's Just Not That into You" by Greg Behrendt and Liz Tuccillo. 

Magazines:  Shonen Jump, Shojo Beat, National Geographic.

TV series:  MacGyver, Garfield and Friends, The Simpsons.

Anime:  Dragonball Z, Inuyasha, Yu-Yu Hakusho.

Collections:  Tigers and anime (Dragonball z and Inuyasha mostly).

Video games:  Diablo II (battle.net), Warcraft III, The Eldar Scrolls of Morrowind, Dungeon Siege, Neverwinter Nights, Dragonball Z, Inuyasha, and Yu-Yu Hakusho games for ps2 and gba.
