In 1990, with a studio in Columbus, Ohio, I began teaching wood sculpture at Ohio State University.
Zoharo became my professional identity
in 1995, having been given the name while visiting a client in Tafalla, Spain. In full, Zoharo DeTafalla,
literally translated means, "Splendid One in Tattered Trousers."
My internet presence began in 1998 with a studio website displaying my work. This broad expanse is now offered for your procurement and enjoyment.
Thank you, patrons and clientele alike, for all these years of support. - Zoharo
