Amrican Neo!
American Neo packs are out pretty early. However only the first neo packs are out. the second ones come out in February. So this will be a BIG hit in the USA. The picture to the left is a picture of Heracross a bug/fighting Pokemon that is the evolution of Pinsir. However we are not sure that he is evoulved from Pinsir. If he was, it would say on the top left side of th card. Also if you have Heracross on the game, it will have him right after Pinsir in the evolution mode in your Pokedex.
