Objectives
- Make a difference - use my skills and experience
to help individuals and businesses utilize their resources more fully
and attain more of their potential.
- Give back some of what has been
given to me. It has been my fortune to work for
and with some amazing people who graciously shared their knowledge and
experience with me. I wish to continue the practice.
Principles - Beliefs
- Honor your process
Every company
has their own, unique way of processing information and making
changes. When that process is honored, change is much more successful.
I wish to discover your process and work with it to achieve continuous
success.
- Start with small steps and build
momentum
Small steps are
easier to make. When one successful, small step follows another,
momentum can be built into the big results most people are looking
for.
- Acknowledge all progress
Accurately
measuring and then acknowledging progress is critical to staying on
course. Programs need to measure and acknowledge all progress so that
you are empowered and motivated to keep working toward your goals.
- Change is easier when it is
built on existing habits and strengths
Identify and work with what is
already there. It’s easier to shift 10 degrees several times, than 180
degrees in one move.
- There are many right answers
Many projects
get stuck when participants believe that theirs is the only “right”
answer. My goal is to help you find the answers that are right for
you, even if they are different from those that were right for the
last companies that we worked for.
- Build fun into the
process
Learning and change are always easier if you build fun and rewards
into the process
