No
player killing in the empire our capital city is
held in.

If a
member obtains outlaw status in our empire, that member would be
unable to safely enter our city without engaging the punishment of the
Dragon.
No member
should engage in combat with another member unless, it is a duel that is
agreed on by both or all participants.

Fighting within the clan is
strictly forbidden. Duels are allowed, as long as the combatants
agree.
Stealing
in the clan is also forbidden.
•
If
stealing is possible in the Dragon Empires, stealing between members is
also forbidden. All members
must obey a rank higher than their current status.
•
A person
is assigned to a higher rank for a reason, obey them.
(All will be punished
SEVERELY if a law has been broken, so that it will
prevent future happenings again.)
