Capabilities:

• Wire connectivity processes can be separate or integrated into a total co-located assembly process. Included are:

• Sleeve Marking Equipment
• Semi-Automatic and Automatic Wire Cutting
• Stripping Machines
• Various Crimpers to Accommodate Connector Pins, Lugs, and Splices

• A full line of wire cutting and stripping equipment is available. Our operators have a working knowledge of wire types ranging from single conductor standard wire, to multi-conductor stranded wire, to multi-conductor shielded wire, to co-axial in a multitude of gauges.

Product identification options include inking (for PVC, vinyl and other materials) and computer generated wraparound labels.

Final Assembly can be tested with a OmniTester OmniScan it performs integrity testing of cable and harness assemblies. It offers continuity, insulation and capacitance testing capabilities.
