Sometimes you get what you pay for; sometimes you get more than you paid for. Technical support for Sfx definitely falls into the latter category; however, because Sfx is currently nothing more than a hobby for me, please be reasonable in your expectations. I am definitely interested in hearing from you about problems you encounter when using Sfx. However, I can't currently guarantee personal responses to all technical support requests.
