The latest nominee for the Fab Ruins list is the closed Greater Detroit Hospital on Carpenter in Detroit, just north of Hamtramck.
Add this to the Fab Ruins list
They'd better consider replacing that cheezy 1/4" plywood that covers the windows with cinder blocks, and while they're at it, do the second and third floor windows, as well. Oh, by the way, get in there and close all the open windows before winter. (Why do they always diliberately leave windows open?)
