This apartment complex in Brush Park has been roofless, burnt, gutted, stripped, neglected and abandoned for many years. Now it's being restored. If this building can be fixed, anything can. 10 years ago, if people said that Brush Park was coming back, their sanity would have been questioned. Nearly every structure there is being re-habbed.
