Commander Red was the leader of the Red Ribbon Army. He wasn't a very tallest guy, Red desired the Dragonballs so he could be a taller man.
But on his way to find the dragonballs he encounters Goku.
Black is one of the few Africans Americans who make hardly an appearance on the show.
Rather than mocking, Black shoots Red in the head and becomes the new
leader for the Red Army. But, unfortunately Goku comes and destroys the entire
Red Army. In DBZ series The Red Ribbon army is established once again by a partially
mad scientist Dr.Gero, who creates androids to kill goku for the destruction,
he had done. But, Goku and the Z team manage to kill all of them. However,
Goku sacrifice himself so that Cell (An android) wouldn't blow up the earth.
