UP Rajkiya Nirman Nigam is a wholly State Govt. owned Undertaking, established in 1975.Its authorised capital is Rs.50 Millions and its Paid-up Capital is Rs.10 Millions. It was established to undertake Building Construction Work.

The Organisation has 12 members on Board of Directors Of Govt & Non-Govt officials.

The main aim of Organisation was to eliminate middle-men & big contractors and work on Departmental Activity Pattern. It maintains Quality, Speed and Economy in Construction Field and provide service avenues to workers directly-indirectly.

The current activities of UPRNN are Construction of Govt Building including Multi-storied, Industrial buildings, Institutions ,Courts & Hospitals buildings etc.through out India & Abroad.

Head Office of the Corporation is situated at Lucknow, UP(India) ,which is the nerve centre of all activities. Entire planning, control and monitoring is done from Head Office.

Corporation has a well equipped Architectural and Structural design wing which is capable of designing all types of buildings.

Corporation has 8- Zonal offices and separate Electrical and Mechanical wings which are headed by General Managers. These zonal offices work as a link between the units and the Head Office. Their main task is to supervise, control and guide the operations in the field and liasoning with the client.

Corporation has 79-Construction Units spread all over the country and abroad. Each unit is headed by Addl. Project Managers / Project Managers / Sr. project Managers who are assisted by a team of engineers and finance professionals.
