| In the
Electronics Program at the Career and Technology Center at Fort Osage, you
will learn much more than what an "electron" is. You will learn how to
harness, measure, test and utilize this vital force that we can't even
see.
From the alarm clock that wakes us, to the light we turn off at night, Electronics fill our world. Through hands-on activities, you will gain knowledge about Alternating and Direct Current Circuits, Digital Electronics, Electronic Troubleshooting, Communications, Lasers, Robotics, and Computer Technologies that will never go out of style. The Electronics Technology program prepares you for a career with job security like no other. In addition, the program will prepare you for the ASCET, FCC and Neighbor certifications test. See your high school counselor to find out how you can receive Metropolitan Community College credits towards your Associate Electronics Degree.
