Now, the part our competition doesn't like to talk about INSURANCE.
Here at Jolly Jumpers LLC each piece of our equipment if fully insured.
Inflatable entertainment
is considered an amusement device. Most towns will require insurance to
set up on public
property and will require you to add them on to your policy as added
protection.
The state of New Hampshire does not require insurance for back yard
parties.
So do you want to take a chance with your children?
We didn't think so!
Kids will bump and bruise it's their nature. However if mother nature
should throw a
curveball (heavy rain, wind etc) or if a freak accident should occur, that
is what the
insurance is for. The first question you should ask any inflatable company
is are you INSURED? If they say NO continue to search for a reputable company.
If they say YES then ask for a copy of their insurance certificate. It is
also illegal to set up
any inflatable and charge money without insurance, and has to be state inspected.
The State of New Hampshire requires stickers and I.D. plates to be mounted on
the units blower. The State also requires us to notify them of as dates,
times, and place
of inflatables, with random inspection's. And yes we do have state
inspected units! For further
