Annika "Mary Joe" Ljungberg

In 1994 producer Pat Reiniz (today: Ranis) was searching a female country singer for his country-techno-project Rednex. He found Annika and she turned into "Mary Joe". From 1994 to 1996 she was the female singer in Rednex. After the Rednex big break in 1996 she was very busy doing a solo-album, auditing for the voice of snow white on a CD-Rom by Wald Disney, singing the theme of computergame "Legend of Mana", recording a duet with Swedish Country Star Jill Jonhson, doing Swedens first Cross Country Show and taking part on Melodifestival. This year she peformed on the "Rednex Revival Party" together with the real Rednex singer Göran Danielsson and violin-player Bosse Nilsson. Mia "Whippy" Löfgren

Some years after Mary Joe quit she joined the band. She had actually sung Rednex-Songs before, during her time in a band named "Rock Box". The other singer in "Rock Box" was Göran Danielsson, the real male singer in Rednex. After the group got replaced in beginning of 2001 she had a little time off. In 2003 she joined the swedish TV-Show "Fame Factory". As a result she released the single "Superstar" which went from 0 to number 4 of the Swedish charts immediatly. At the same time she was on place 12 of the charts with the song "Gula och bl°a", a compilation with the female soccer team of Sweden. Mia was part of Rednex from 2000-2001 and once in a while she still performs with the guy as formation "The Original members of Rednex". Find more infos about her on www.mia-lofgren.com

Anders "Ken Tacky" Arstrand

From 1994 to 2000 he was the male singer of Rednex and their banjo-player.... At least that´s what they told the press. In the Rednex-break he recorded a album with a metal-band, which was co-produced by his band-mate Urban "BB Stiff" Landgren. The band was named "Explode" and the album title was "Live forever". Some copies of it are available on www.cybercd.de. In 2000 he decided to quit right after their comeback and no one actually knows what he is doing nowadays....

Jonas "Billy Ray" Nilsson

In the beginning he was "just" violin-player in Rednex, but after Ken Tacky quit he took over the part as male singer. It was funny, cause now Bobby Sue had to take over the vocals that Billy Ray sang on the track "Get the truck loaded". In the break he worked as a music-teacher (!!!) and for a radio-station. Last year he sang the male vocals for a track on a Tribute to Sweet Album named Sweet F.A. (he sung thetitle track)

Kenta "Bobby Sue" Olander

From 1994 till 2001 he was violine-player in Rednex, and for sure the most tattoed violine player ever. Fans have given up to count them or to try figuring out long ago. In the break he played drums in a rock-band. Unfortunetly they did not release an album. He´s still performing with Mia and the guys as "The Original Members of Rednex" once in a while

Urban "BB Stiff" Landgren

he was the guy on the drum, later also on the banjo and on the flute for "Spirit of the Hawk". He also produced some Rednex-Songs that made it on the Asian and Australian Farm Out releases. You can check them out in the "Specials". He was also involved in "Explode" He is still working with music and owns the company Zodiac Music. He´s still performing with Mia and the guys as "The Original Members of Rednex" once in a while.
