STRAWBERRIES
with CHOCOLATE FONDUE

In small saucepan over low heat, heat
1/2 cup heavy cream until steaming.

Add 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
and 2 T. light corn syrup, stir
-
until chips are melted and mixture
is smooth. Remove from heat, stir in
-
1 tsp. vanilla. Pour mixture into 8-oz
serving bowl, cool before serving.

Use 12 to 18 fresh, ripe strawberries,
preferably with long stems for dipping.

Sprinkle berries lightly with confectioners
sugar, if desired, before serving.

Makes about 1 cup fondue. 6-8 servings.
