CHEERLEADER CHEESECAKE
1/2 c. butter or margarine 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1. Place butter in 2 quart utility dish. Heat
until melted. Blend in crumbs,

sugar and cinnamon.

2. Press crumb mixture firmly against bottom of
sides of dish. Cook in
-
microwave oven on full power for 1 1/2 minutes
or until firm.
3 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sugar
5 eggs 1/2 tsp. vanilla
-
3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in eggs,
one at a time. Mix in sugar
-
and vanilla, until smooth and creamy. Pour over
crust. Cook in microwave
-
oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until knife inserted
near center comes out clean.*
2 1/2 c. dairy sour cream 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. sugar

4. Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Blend
well. Pour mixture over
-
cheesecake. Cook in microwave oven on full power
for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes

or until outer edge is set. Chill.

MICRO-TIPS:
-
*You may want to turn dish halfway through cooking
time.

*Glazed fresh fruit or fruit pie fillings such
as strawberry, cherry or blueberry

may be spread over top after chilled.
