Background
In June, 2004 the first web page was created for a family member who was renting their home. That first web page generated a lot of interest as over 200 page visits were recorded. In early 2005, the home was successfully rented as a result of the web page being viewed. Then, in March, 2005, the word went around about the success of the first web page and a call was received about creating another web page for a client who was selling their home. The second web page created, along with a newspaper ad advertising the web address, generated over 250+ page visits. In April, 2005 it was decided to create the business E-Property based on the previous success of advertising properties on the internet.
