I am fed up with watching and reading about information pertaining to 'the hackers' and how intelligent they are becoming.

Most are far from "Intelligent"; however they do possess admirable skills working with computers.

The simple truth is the fact they have been able to allocate more time to 'study' computers over others. A few only know one or two computer languages while many may only know one.

With the way Windows has been developed, it is no wonder the frontline is able to bash it around so badly.

What irks me the most is the fact McAfee (which I have yet porsonally to witness its discovery of ANY Virus...) now wishes to stand up and state that the 'hackers' have become clever....

Just for kicks,... take John Schmidt, making only $6.50 an hour, but having quite influential friends able to turn an individual social security number, a bank account and a persons name into real hard cash... Purchase then sell the purchased goods... what have you.

Now, let's say that John Schmidt works for the people at DoubleClick.com.

With DoubleClick already 'monitoring' online computer activities, it is nothing for a 'john schmidt' to have full access to the information of millions of computer users.

People! The true 'hackers' are once again BIG BUSINESS attempting to gather as much information about all of us as possible... however they can.

HACKING is one sure way for a company to learn more about anyone. They 'pay' a high fee to have the 'spyware' software developed so they can put it to use by offering the public 'Free Software... get it now!'

Most unsuspecting computer users are unaware, or worse... since many work on or with someone else's computer system.... don't care who's monitoring their activity.

I would suggest that close to three quarters of computer users are using their computer systems according to most standard laws, rules or regulations that all individuals abide by on a daily basis.

The ADVERTISING INDUSTRY has been infiltrating the computer community with highly intrusive spyware for more than five years... closer to eight - since the Net became fully public in 1996 even.

Folks, this is far more than just a 'simple hacker' causing havoc on your system. It is far more than just a simple 'company' wanting to follow your every move.

THIS IS DIRECT ATTACK ON OUR CONSITUTIONAL AND INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS AND CAUSES MORE HARM TO A COMPUTER SYSTEM THAN ANY HACKER VIRUS/ TROJAN POSSIBLY COULD.

This is evilness to the highest level in combination to the likes of ENRON executives.

THEY SEEK TO INCREASE THEIR OWN BANK ACCOUNTS EVEN IF THIS MEANS CREATING PURE HELL FOR THE REST OF US.

I am personally in agreement with 'more friendly companys' out to offer purely helpful program software... like HP/Compaq, Gateway, Dell...etc.

NEVER, AT ANY GIVEN POINT AND TIME, DOES ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM HAVE THE NECESSITY TO STORE INFORMATION ABOVE ITS IMMEDIATE REQUIRED ACTIVITY SUCH AS THE SHOWING OF INTERACTIVE WEB PAGES THROUGH CACHED LOCATIONS ON THE SYSTEM'S HARD DRIVE... NO COOKIE REQUIRED.

WITH THE VIEWING OF ONE SIMPLE DOCUMENT HAVING JUST TEN IMAGES IN PLACE DOES NOT NEED THE REQUIREMENT OF HAVING TEN COOKIES PLACED ONTO A SYSTEM SO THE COMPANY CAN CHECK LATER IF ALL TEN WERE VIEWED.

THIS IS EXTREME OVERKILL AND HIGHLY UNECESSARY, ESPECIALLY WITH PAGES SEEKING TO PLACE OVER ONE HUNDRED COOKIES ON JUST ONE SIMPLE VISIT TO THE VIEWING PAGE.

Software becomes installed with the user ignoring the User License agreement, (ULA), where a company 'may' provide information alerting the user to intrusive spyware.

The largest major fault that drastically needs to be corrected is the overuse of the infamous 'liability clause' that states the providing company 'cannot be held responsible' when in each and every case they are completely and ultimately at fault!

The installation of software program was originally designed to provide pleasure and enjoyment to the owning party. Since 1996, the installation of certain programs have been determined to be THE LEADING cause for computer system malfunctions forcing the owner to have the system repaired.

This is a direct abuse of personal rights along with the usage of individual computer resources for government purposes.

With the "Internet" being offered for an extreme fee on the individual level, allowing the government the 'free' use of one's own personal computer system's resources seems highly unfair to all concerned.

The government is allowed to 'use up' individual system resources around the world, while receiving free electricity, paid for at high expense by the system owning individual?

How is this that they are allowed free use of 'YOUR' system while you are charged exorbitant rates for just logging onto the Internet?

This is not a simple battle of 'right over wrong'... allowing them to 'monitor' your activities. This is direct abuse of your system's capability to operate acurately - Period

One State has begun initiating regulations to help curb the ill affects the advertising industry has blatantly abused... hopefully in time, all the states will follow suit.

There is one method that will help prevent this horrible system intrusion from 'Big Business' advertising agents, hackers, viruses, or trojans....

In many cases, even the 'smartest' attempts at gaining access to your system can be prevented. Through the information offered at the following location:
