The LIVING

POST TRAMATIC STRESS DISORDER

First we must recognize the condition.
We as individual must take responsibility for our own actions and take control of our recovery.

I am convinced that what makes us different is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (
PTSD). To some degree I feel every military veteran is affected more or less.

recognizing and accepting that this is the results of the worst that humanity can inflict on humanity. One is for ever emotionally wounded and scared.

RECOVERY

This is the GOOD NEWS.
Recovery is possible, If it is you, START NOW !
If it is some one you know, or your LOVED ONE, you must direct them into RECOVERY. And as my loved ones will tell you that is no easy task, BUT DOABLE.
The support and encouragement of ones family (as I have) is the first and greatest  hurdle.
Then recognizing and accepting that this is the results of the worst that humanity can inflict on humanity. One is not quote, "mentally ill", yet for ever emotionally
wounded and scared.

TREATMENT
There is treatment.
Some as simple as visiting with a qualified licensed counselor, (Vet Center, readjustment counseling center) or seeing a Clinical Psychologist or clinical Psychiatrist.
Up to including inpatient treatment programs and medications

LIBERTY CALL!
