Skate America, the first stop in the Grand Prix of Figure Skating, officially starts the new figure skating season every year. It is the only Grand Prix event taking place in the United States, so obviously with a chance like this, Laurie, Carole, Brenda, and Kim from the Alexei Yagudin Discussion Group couldn't let such an opportunity slip by. They attended the competition, which took place from October 26-29.
