General Religious Studies

Religious studies have been a major interest, or should I say passion, for many years. As for my own religious background, I was raised as what you might call a "mushy Protestant", although as a child I had a sort of Christianity of my own. In adolescence I became acquainted with Eastern thought. In 1985, my religious quest ended when I became a Baha'i. Unfortunately, this year (1999) I withdrew from formal membership in the Baha'i community. I continue to practice my faith privately.
