The Park is governed by an Board of Directors consisting of volunteer homeowners duly elected to the various positions consisting of:
President, Treasurer/1st Vice-president, Recreation Director,Architecture/Landscape Director/2nd Vice-president, Maintenance Director, Safety/Security Director and Secretary.
The Board of Directors meets weekly on Thursday mornings at 9:00 a.m. General membership meetings are held quarterly in March, June, September and December.
MAINTENANCE: Presently there is a $58.00(+$8.00 Designated Fund)/month Park Maintenance Fee that covers all required Park maintenance plus the salary of one full time maintenance man.
UTILITIES: The park presently contracts electricity, gas, water, rubbish removal and cable TV. Each residence is individually metered and is billed for their portion of the Parks utility usage.
AVERAGE COST/HOUSEHOLD: Present statistics show that the "Average Monthly Cost" per household for electric, gas, water, rubbish removal and cable TV is about $200.00/month, including the "Maintenance Fee."
