A new south
swell (180) will reach Southern California waters BUT THE EXTREME
SOUTHERLY DIRECTION OF THE SWELL WILL LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF WAVE
ENERGY REACHING SAN DIEGO BEACHES. Head north to Orange County or
Baja to catch this swell. Northwest wind swells of 2-4ft should be
the call for the surf today. Light and variable morning winds will
shift to northwest at 8-12kts in the afternoon.
