Love, Aaron

He left it on the dining room table.

Nick was the first one downstairs that morning, when he read it, he screamed.

His mom ran downstairs to see what happened. "Nick, what happened? Are you ok?"

"Ya, I am fine mom, but I don't know if Aaron is, Read this." Nick said as he handed his mom the note.

"Oh my god, Nick, we have to go find him, he is only 12 years old, he can't be out on the streets alone!" she replied, she was terrified about what could happen to Aaron.

Nick was trying to calm her down."Don't worry mom, he knows his way around, I am gonna go get dressed and drive around to see if I can find him."

Even though Jane was crying so much she managed to let out a small "OK."

As Nick was driving around all of the local malls and arcades he called Brian on his cell-phone.

"Brian, Aaron ran away, can you please help find him?!?"

"Nick, of course I will, I love Aaron like a brother. I will get dressed and drive around to see if I can find him."

"Brian, do you want to know the problem? Aaron took his motorbike, he could be ANYWHERE by now!!"

"Well, we better get out and look before he can get any farther!"

"Ok, call me if you hear ANYTHING Brian!!! I will call you if I find out anything."

"Gosh, I have already seen all the movies I can get into, been to 2 mall's, I have nothing else to do," Aaron said to himself while eating some fries at McDonalds. "I guess I will just ride around on my motor-bike for awhile." He said to himself.

Right as Aaron walked out of the entrance in the back, Brian walked in the front entrance and went up to the counter and said: "Excuse me, has Aaron Carter been in here today? This is an emergency!!"

"Yes, he just walked out!"

"OK, thank you for your help!!"

"Umm....while you are in here, can I please have your autograph for my daughter? She loves the Backstreet Boys!"

"Ok * signes a CD * BYE!"

As soon as Brian walked out of McDonalds he calls Nick. "Yo, Nick, I just stoped by McDonalds, the cashier said Aaron was just in there so he has to be close by, K??"

"Ok, well, I am gonna drive all around here, you stick around there and look for him!"

"Ok, peace out"

"Oh god, what if Aaron gets spotted and mobbed by fans?!?" Nick was starting to cry. "I have to find him, I don't care how long it takes."

Aaron decided that he was gonna go to a local mall that all the famous celebrities go to. There are normally so many people walking around looking around for famous people that he decided he should wear a disguise so no one would reconize him.

He took a pair of sunglasses, a hat, and a jacket out of his backpack and put it on. He then locked up his motorbike and walked into the mall.

Aaron was walking into all the stores and buying neat little goodies. After he left a record store he noticed that a popular local radio station had a live DJ set up in the corner of the mall! It was Aaron's favorite radio station so he decided to go up to the booth and see what was going on, unfortunately he forgot that he had just met the radio DJ the day before.

"Hey what's up to all you people listening to the best staion in Orlando, Kiss 98.5! I am broadcasting live from the OceanView Mall. Well, I am gonna walk out into our audience and meet some of the people here!"

"Hey little buddy, what's your name?" He was staring at Aaron.

"Umm.......Aaron"

*At this time Nick turned on his car stereo while he was driving around*

"Hey, wait a minute, I reconize your voice, you're Aaron Carter!!!!!"

"Umm.....ya I am,."

"Hey all you people out there listening to Kiss 98.5, come on over to the OceanView Mall to see Aaron Carter!!"

When Nick heard this he automatically called the radio station and asked to talk to Aaron.

"Hello?? This is Aaron."

"AARON!!!!! I am soo glad to hear your voice, what do you think you are doing running away from home like that, you scared the heck out of everyone!!!! Just listen Aaron, stay right there, I am on my way over!" Nick said, he was so relieved to hear that Aaron was safe and OK.

"Ok Nick, I will, just please hurry, I don't know how long I can stand all of these fans, they are going crazy, see, listen!"

*Nick hears "AARON, AARON, AARON" in the backround*

"Oh, gosh, I am going as fast as I can, just stay in the back room or wherever you are now, I am gonna come to the back entrance so no one will see me! Umm.....Aaron, before I go, I just wanted to tell you that I love you. I don't know what I do without you!"

"I love you too Nick. Please hurry!"

When Nick got to the mall he automatically went to the back entrance and rung the doorbell.

"Who's there???" The security guard screamed.

"This is Nick Carter, I am here to get Aaron. He is at the Kiss radio booth."

"Ok, hold on one minute."

"OK."

As the security guard opened the door he said "The radio booth is next to the Adais store. Here, I suggest you wear these, so you don't get mobbed by fans."

"Ok, thanks alot sir!" Nick said as he was putting on a long jacket, a hat and sunglasses.

When he was about 20 feet away from Aaron, Aaron spotted him, as soon as he did he ran across the mall to see him.

When Aaron ran everyone followed him, when Aaron noticed, they both ran for the back room to find that security guard, when they got there the security guard let them in and locked the door. This was the first time Nick and Aaron had to talk since Nick got to the mall.

"Hi Nick, are you mad at me?"

"No, I am just glad I found you!" Nick ran up to Aaron and hugged him.

"Well, the first thing we should do is go home and tell mom you are OK, she is worried sick!!"

"Oh, well, OK."

"Thank you so much for helping us sir." Nick said to the security guard on the way out.

"No problem."

Nick put Aaron's motorbike in the trunk of the car. While they were in the car it was silent for awhile at first.

"I am so sorry Nick for putting you thru all the trouble of looking for me!"

"That's OK, so, what kind of places did you go, I couldn't find you anywhere!!"

"Well, let's see, in the morning I went to see all of the movies I could get into without Parental Permission. Then I went to the Waterfall Mall, the Orlando City Mall. After the malls' I went to McDonalds to get something to eat. The last place was the OceanView Mall where you found me."

"Wow, it sounds like you had a pretty exciting day!"

As they were pulling into the driveway Nick said: "Well, here we are! Good luck with mom! You are lucky dad is away on buisness!"

"You bet I am!"

When Aaron opened the door his mom came running up and started to kiss and hug him. Suddenly she stoped and asked him, "Why did you run away?"

"I don't know I just thought that no one cared about me anymore!"

"Where in the world did you get that idea?!?" His mom replied.

"Well, everyone is always TOO BUSY to do anything with me, or even TALK to me."

"Don't worry A.C., everyone still loves and cares about you!"

"Thanks Nick."

"Well, I am really tired from all of this commotion, I am going to bed, good night." Nick said while he was yawning.

"I think you should too honey, you have been running around all day. Just promise me one thing, never do anything like this again!!" Jane whispered.

"OK, good night mom."

The next morning when everyone was downstairs Aaron starting asking questions.

"So, Nick how long were you out looking for me??"

"Well, I only looked in a few places because Bri......OH MY GOD!!! BRIAN!!!!! I FORGOT TO TELL HIM THAT I FOUND YOU!!!!! OOPS, I THINK I SHOULD GO CALL HIM NOW................"
