"You guys almost ready!"
"I wonder what she's yelling at him about." Chris said wonderingly.
"Fine, but if I find out you did anything with any one of them I'll-"
"We're here!" Justin said with an irresistible grin as JC pulled into a hotel parking lot.
"Nineteen." Chris replied.
"Hollywood just has to brush her hair." Devin answered.
"Alright, but tell her to hurry up! They'll be here any minute!" McKenna yelled up the stairs.
"Who'll be here any minute?" Damien, Savannah's older stepbrother asked.
"No one." Savannah answered innocently as she walked down the stairs behind Devin.
"Who's coming over?" Damien demanded.
"Just these-" She began to say when the doorbell rang.
"They're here!" McKenna said excitedly. Devin wasn't as excited as Savannah and McKenna. She wasn't a fan of NSYNC, but went along because Savannah and McKenna were her bestfriends. Besides, who was she to decline from a party sure to be filled with stars. Savannah was excited, but not the kind of excited McKenna was. She was so extremely overjoyed, that Devin and Savannah thought that she was going to faint.
"Who is it?!" Damien was beginning to get irritated
"Hi guys." Savannah said as she opened the front door to her house.
"Hi." They all said in unison. The guys stared at the three girls, eyes wide open and jaws dropped.
Devin was wearing a black skirt with two front pockets, with a back slit, and a draw cord waist with a green V-neck hater with a flower embroidery at the top, Savannah was wearing a baby pink strappy dress with fuscia vine embroidery at the front border, and McKenna was wearing a pair of dark blue flares, with her favorite shirt which had a sparkly butterfly on the white material with contrasting baby blue cap sleeves.
"Come on in." They entered the foyer and stood in the middle of it. "Damien, this is Chris, Joey, Lance, JC, and Justin. Guys, this is my stepbrother Damien." Savannah said. "Oh yeah, these guys over here are
Kenna- Sorry, McKenna and Devin." Savannah introduced everyone. "And obviously I'm Savannah."
"Hi." Devin said. "Nice to meet you."
"Hi." McKenna began to blush at the touch of the five guys' handshakes.
Silence.
"Damien say hi." Savannah whispered.
"Hi." Damien said stubbornly as he squinted his eyes. "So how old are you guys exactly? When will you be home? And how long have you known my sister?" Damien began to spit out questions.
"You don't have to answer those questions." Savannah spoke up quickly.
"We'll have them home by one or two in the morning." JC replied.
"Twelve, midnight." Damien said tensely and looking very serious.
"Damien can I talk to you for a sec? Excuse us." His sister said sweetly.
"What?" Damien said.
"I can't believe you!" Savannah yelled in a quiet voice.
"These guys look way too old for y'all." Damien said acting like the father she never had. "Besides, I don't know them and you're not allowed to date."
"Look, Mom's not here. I cover for you, now do me a favor and do the same for me." She looked up at her older brother with pleading eyes.
"Me too." Justin said. "All I know is that I heard something about covering for someone."
"Chill out you guys. Stop trying to figure out what they're saying." JC lectured.
Savannah turnd on a dime and hit him in the face with her hair. "Bye." She said deviously. "I'll see you when I get home. Love ya'!" She blew him a kiss as she closed the door.
"I won't be home when you get back. I'm going to a party with Kevin and Craig." He replied stiffly.
"Okay, see you in the AM then." Savannah said as she grabbed her purse and leather coat. She then closed the door behind her.
"I can't believe you actually gave him your number." McKena whispered as they walked out of the door.
"I can." Devin said.
"Hey, what can I say? I know when to take an opportunity... Unlike some people I know. Besides, I didn't think he would actually call."
"So guys, where are we headed to tonight?" Devin questioned in a somewhat seductive tone.
"Somewhere fun, I hope." Savannah said wonderingly.
"Is a party your idea of fun?" JC asked.
"Sounds like a good time waiting to happen to me!" Devin said.
"Me too!" McKenna and Savannah said together.
They began to laugh.
"What's so funny?" Justin asked.
"Kenna and I always say the same things at the same time. It's kinda weird." Savannah explained.
"I'm tellin' you it's because we're so close."
Savannah shrugged and Justin shook his head as he chuckled.
"So whose party is it anyway?" McKenna asked.
"This guy, Craig." Joey said.
"How'd you meet him?" Devin asked.
"He's an old friend of ours." Joey replied.
"How old is he?" Savanah asked wide-eyed.
"Let's get this party started!" Joey said as he hopped out of the car.
"Your names please." A tall, muscular man said who was standing beside the front door entrance said.
"Chris, Justin, Lance, Joey, and JC... plus three." Chris said.
"Go right on in." The man said stepping out of the middle of the doorway.
"I'm gonna go hang up my coat." McKenna said as they entered the room in which the party was being held.
"Me too." Savannah said following her friend.
"I can't believe we're actually here with NSYNC! It's like a dream come true!" McKenna commented.
"Hold on." Savannah grabbed McKenna's shoulder.
"What?" She asked confused.
"Is that Craig?" McKenna asked in shock.
"You mean his friend-"
"No, it couldn't be." She said interrupting McKenna's sentence.
