At the time of applying to universities,you have to request ETS for sending official score report to the respective universities using the forms available in the respective bulletins.This costs around
1.GRE(13$ for each univ)
2.TOEFL(11& for each univ)
but however you can send official score reports to four univs(in GRE exam) and to three univs(in TOEFL), free of cost, which you have to specify at the time of writing the respective exams.
