Lonnie has spanned different genres of music playing zydeco, soul, and rock music while combining his Louisiana swamp blues witih Texas and Memphis blues along with Chicago style blues when he first started as a sideman for Jimmy Reed in the Windy City. Since then, Lonnnie has recorded a number of albums for Alligator and toured extensively.
