We are also building a Center of Expertise for data warehousing projects. We generally have multiple candidates to match your skill needs in these areas, depending on the level of experience and mix of skills needed.

Service Options

RCV Group Inc provides a high level of service to our clients. Each client is assigned a professional Account Manager who is trained to provide fast, courteous response to their client managers needs. We offer additional levels of service for our clients with special needs. These services include:

Personalized Account Management
The Personalized Account Management program is for clients and individual managers who will have a need for 10 or more consultants over a twelve month period. RCV Group Inc will develop a custom profile of your anticipated needs, skill sets, soft skills needs, workplace environment, target pay ranges, screening & interview process and administrative needs. The account manager will arrange an initial meeting with you which will include a recruiter/staffing manager. This will provide first hand knowledge of your expectations to those who will be screening your consultant candidates. This reduces the number of candidates you will need to interview to find the "right fit". Customized reporting can be developed to assist you in your project management needs.

Master Outsourcing
Master Outsourcing is an arrangement whereby our client selects one vendor to fulfill all of its needs - in this instance your requirements for information technology professionals. The key to the master oursourcing arrangement is that it allows you to remain focused on your core business activities, instead of having resources dedicated to locating, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and hiring of supplemental resources.

As the master outsourcing vendor, we will provide you with a single point of contact for all of your consultant staffing needs. It is our responsibility to fill all of your supplemental staff requirements. If we are unable to provide personnel for all of your requirements from our own resources, we will solicit resources from our network of partner companies. The resources of our partner firms are subject to the same rigorous screening process as our own personnel. The end result is to provide you the best resources available in the most timely and efficient manner possible.

Some of the functions performed by us, as the master outsourcing vendor would include:

• developing good job descriptions
• processing of any paperwork or procedures
• researching and screening of candidates
• performance of quality checks
• completion of background checks
• completion of drug screening tests
• interviewing
• making or coordinating travel arrangements (if needed)
• arranging and/or performing training
• orientation of new consultants
• monitoring consultant performance
• monitoring of project or purchase order limits
• simplifying accounting procedures - one invoice, one payment
• providing timely reports which summarize activity and contract performance
  

The client can increase their productivity and reduce administrative costs by having RCV Group Inc perform the above duties.

Technology Specific Outsourcing
This is basically the same as the Master Outsourcing program except it would be limited to a specific technology need such as mainframe, client/server or networking & support.

RCV Group Inc & Projects

RCV Group Inc . also performs in-house projects for our client base. Although we will evaluate any opportunity, RCV Group Inc usually limits our projects to those which utilize the Microsoft family of products. Services we provide include but are not limited to:
