I have the record. It's on a 45 RPM 7 inch record titled "POP Records Hollywood, Drive-in Music B.M.I." Song title is "Lost Without You" flipped with "Now That You're Gone", both written by Baker & Perry. The record label is orange colored. There is no date on the label and no conventional delta coded date in the plastic.

Being a 45 RPM record collector for many years, none of my record collector friends have ever seen it. Here are other 45s I have relating to the same thing:

Looking for a Music cd titled "Ethos - Ardour" release in the US in 1976 on album. It was reissued in Japan in 1993 or 1994 on a cd with the same title. It was released on the Toshiba EMI label TOCO-7700. I just missed a copy on ebay last week.
