History MPD Enterprises was established by Software Engineer and Entrepreneur, Marc Dioso, in 1990 in San Francisco, California. The company originally developed database management software products for use by small businesses and individuals. The first products included the PC Rolodex (a client database management program) and the PC Comic Saver (developed to automate customer orders for local comic vendors). The company has done computer consulting in a variety of industries including Electronic Commerce, Pharmaceuticals, and Insurance Claims Processing. In 2003, the company branched into Real Estate investments and property management. Investment properties evaluated for purchase are located in areas ranging from commercial/metropolitan to underdeveloped and/or re-development zoned suburban areas. Today, the firm's real estate portfolio contains a variety of rental properties in the San Francisco Bay Area including single family homes, condominiums, and multi-unit properties. All properties are managed by MPD Enterprises and its affiliates.
