Once again, The Other Side, Vancouver, B.C.'s oldest and largest BDSM organization, hosts the Annual Mack McKinnon Fetish And Fantasy Memorial Week-End.

Since 1991, "Mack", as we affectionately call the event, has been THE major BDSM event of British Columbia, and indeed, the Pacific NorthWest. Last October, "Mack VIII" hosted over 350 guests at its Saturday Night Play Party alone.

The annual "Mack" events are held to honour Mack McKinnon, a pioneer figure in the Pacific NorthWest BDSM community. Respected by those of all genders and persuasions, Mack was a "benevolent dictator" who fought for his dream....a dream that persons of all BDSM communities, straight, gay, bi, Top, bottom, Dominant, submissive, nervous novice and experienced professional could join together to celebrate their "common ground", all the while respecting each person's right to diversity.
