Tea Sandwiches with Ham

         Ham Salad Sandwiches 

         1/2 lb cooked ham
         1 large dill pickle
         4 hard cooked eggs
         Salt & pepper
         1 tsp mustard
         1 or 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise

         Grind together the ham, pickle & eggs. Season with pepper & mustard. 
    (can pulse mixture in food processor). Moisten with mayonnaise to spreadible consistency.
    Use cookie cutters to make fancy shapes if desired..


     Hawaiian Ham Finger Sandwiches

    1/4 c. ground leftover ham
    1/4 c. cream cheese
    1/4 c. drained, crushed
    pineapple

    Mix thoroughly all ingredients. Spread on white or whole wheat bread to make 
    finger sandwiches, or on rye bread or hot biscuits or rolls.


    Deviled Ham Tea Sandwiches

    1 can (4 1/2 oz.) deviled ham
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    2 pkg. (3 oz. each) cream
    cheese, softened
    1 tsp. chopped onions

    Combine all ingredients, use as filling for dainty tea sandwiches. Can also be used
    for open faced sandwiches, top with a parsley leaf.
