White Chocolate Sauce with Honey 
    Yield: 2 qt. (4 lb. 12 oz.) 
    Servings: 100 (3/4 oz,) 


     
    1 qt.  heavy whipping cream
    6 oz.  (1/2 cup) honey
    3 lbs. PETER'SŪ SNOWCAP WHITE CHOCOLATE 
    1/2 tsp. vanilla

    Procedure 
    1. In a 2 qt. saucepan over medium high heat, bring the cream to a boil. 
    2. Turn off the heat. Add the honey, Snowcap White Chocolate and vanilla
     extract. Mix well until smooth. 
    3. Chill.
