25 lb. ground beef
2 doz. eggs
pepper to taste
6 large onions, chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
10 c. bread crumbs
parsley
about 5 to 6 c. water (enough to make soft
mixture)
Combine all. Shape all into meatballs by hand
or using an ice cream scoop.
Panfry or bake in oven until done. Serve
with a spaghetti type sauce.
