Pull Up
Testicle Exercise

What will it do:

allow the testicles to hang down from the body and improves the health of the testicles
How does it work:
stretching the skin of the scrotum, gently and over time, allows the skin to expand and the testicles to hang down within it, also the stimulation of the scrotum improves the circulation
How do I begin:
Lie down flat on your back or stand upright. Part your legs. Massage your scrotum gently until the skin is loose and flexible.
What do I do:
With both hands, reach under the scrotum and place the tips of the fingers together on your body, at the point between the scrotum and the anus.

Push upward, and slide the hands forward, pushing the scrotum forward and upward until you feel a good stretch. BE CAREFUL not to compress the testicles in the process, as that will hurt. You will see the testicles pushed tightly against the inside of the scrotum; that's what you want to happen.

Regimen:
Do this stretch and hold it for thirty seconds. Repeat this twice a day.
Personal Note:
You'll find that right after you do this exercise your testicles will hang down quite nicely. Repeating it over time will increase this sensation.
