Skin Stretch
Penis Exercise

What will it do:

stretch the skin of the penis, allowing for greater length and girth
How does it work:
This exercise is really intended for men who have been circumsized. It provides more flexibility to the foreskin. By applying tension to the skin of the penis over a period of time, it will stretch and allow the erection to expand to a larger size.
How do I begin:
Your penis must be completely flaccid (soft). Lie down flat on your back or stand upright.
What do I do:
Step 1: TOP

Make a circle with the thumb and forefinger of your right hand. Grasp your penis about halfway down the shaft with an overhand grip (your palm is above the penis) and hold it firmly.

Close the grip just enough so that when you slide your grip up toward the head, the skin goes along with it and partially or completely covers the head.

Now take your left hand and press your thumb across the penis at the middle of the shaft.

Pull outward with your right hand, stretching the skin of your penis tightly and covering the head as much as possible. Push downward slightly with your left thumb, but don't bend the penis in the process (unlike Push & Pull). You should feel a nice stretch of the skin all along the length of the shaft.

Hold this stretch while you slowly count "one - two - three..." to ten.

Step 2: BOTTOM

Keeping hold of the skin and your penis head in your right hand, now hook the middle finger of your left hand under the middle of the shaft.

Pull outward with your right hand, stretching the skin. Pull upward slightly with your left middle finger, but again don't allow the penis to bend. Hold this for a count of ten seconds.

Step 3: LEFT

Keeping hold of the skin and your penis head in your right hand, now hook the index finger of your left hand across the middle of the shaft and around to the right side of the penis.

Pull outward with your right hand, stretching the skin. Pull to your left slightly with your left index finger, but again don't allow the penis to bend. Hold this for a count of ten seconds.

Step 4: RIGHT

Change your grip, and hold the penis in your left hand. Use the overhand grip, and circle the shaft with your thumb and forefinger. Grasp just tightly enough to slide the skin up the shaft and over the head. Hook the index finger of your right hand across the middle of the shaft and around to the left side of the penis.

Pull outward with your left hand, stretching the skin. Pull to your right slightly with your right index finger, but again don't allow the penis to bend. Hold this for a count of ten seconds.

Once you get the idea of how to position your hands and where the stretching should occur, you can of course change the way you do this

Regimen:
Start by doing each direction for ten seconds on the first day. On the second or third day, do each direction for fifteen seconds. Every few days, add five seconds to each direction until you get to a total of thirty seconds in each direction. If you're gripping properly and pulling firmly, that's about as long as you'll be able to maintain your grip before it slips out of your hand. Do this every day.
Personal Note:
You will notice that you're making progress with this exercise when your soft penis feels like it's got some "extra skin" on it -- like a sock that's too big for your foot. Remember that when you get an erection this extra skin will be filled up by your larger penis.
