Penis Exercise

What will it do:

thickens the penis, providing additional girth
How does it work:
expands the tissues inside the penis, allowing them to expand more fully during erection; also stretches the skin on the outside of the penis, also allowing it to expand
How do I begin:
Your penis must be somewhat erect, but not completely. Lie down flat on your back or stand upright. Part your legs slightly.
What do I do:
Place your thumb on the top of the penis shaft, about halfway down its length.

Place your index and middle fingertips on the underside of the penis shaft, just opposite the thumb.

Slide the skin down the shaft toward your body. This will cause the small vessels inside the penis to fill with blood, and the front part of your penis will swell (like it was erect).

Hold this position for several seconds, as long as it's comfortable. Then release.

You can also perform this exercise with two hands.

DO NOT push the shaft of the penis back into the body. The point of the exercise is to slip the skin down the semi-erect shaft, forcing blood into the head and neck of the penis. If you find that you are pushing the shaft into the body, relax your grip slightly and try again until the skin is sliding but the shaft is not being stressed.

Regimen:
Repeat this exercise several times, holding for five to ten seconds, then resting for a few seconds. The longer you hold the position and the more you repeat it, the more results you will see.

Do this every day. One session for five minutes.

Personal Note:
I usually do this one for a few minutes in the morning, and along the way I get a full erection which comes in handy for the Full Pump exercise.
