Around the Clock
Penis Exercise

What will it do:

lengthens the penis
How does it work:
stretches and loosens up the suspensory ligament; stretches the tissues of the penis shaft
How do I begin:
Your penis must be completely flaccid (soft). Lie down flat on your back or stand upright. Part your legs slightly.
What do I do:
If you are uncircumsized, slip the foreskin down the shaft toward your body, revealing the head (glans) completely.

Make a circle with the thumb and forefinger of your right hand. Grasp your penis just behind the head with an underhand grip (your palm is under the penis) and hold it firmly.

Pull your penis out away from your body, extending it to its fullest length. Then pull it up toward your navel, again keeping it fully extended.

Now pretend that your penis is the second hand of a clock. Pulling with your hand, take your penis around in one direction, maintaining a constant tension all the way around the clock. If you are lying flat, your penis should travel in a circle parallel to the floor. During one revolution, your penis should first point up toward your navel, then to one side, then down toward your feet, then to the other side, then back up toward your navel. One revolution should take about two-three seconds. Don't rush!

Continue "around the clock" for ten revolutions in one direction. Then switch your grip to your other hand and do ten revolutions in the other direction.

You may find that your penis slips out of your grip as you proceed around the clock. If so, simply grasp it again and continue from where you left off.

Alternate grip: Sometimes I take hold of the head of the penis as though it was the cap of a "twist-off" bottle. The thumb lies across the top of the penis, just behind the head. The forefinger is curled and lies across the bottom of the penis, also just behind the head. This grip seems to give a better range of motion, but doesn't allow quite as strong a grip.

Regimen:
Begin by doing ten revolutions in each direction on the first day; that's one "set". On the second or third day, add another set of ten revolutions in each direction. Continue adding one set every day or two until you are doing a total of six sets, or for a total time of about five minutes.

Do this every day. One session for five minutes.

Personal Note:
I usually alternate this exercise with the next one, Push and Pull. I do a set (ten revolutions) one way, a set other way, then a set the first way again. Then I do one set of Push and Pull in one direction. I come back to Around the Clock and do three sets, continuing this process alternating exercises until I've done all my sets of both of them.
Extra Bonus:
An added benefit of this exercise for me was to increase the stream when I urinate. This exercise seems to break up tissue in the urethra that might be clogging it. After doing this exercise for just a week I found that my urine comes out stronger than ever before and my bladder empties completely. Take note, guys over 40!
