Attitude

Be Positive:

This exercise program will give you results. I can say that with confidence, because I was skeptical and it really worked for me.

If you take the program seriously, and do it with conviction, you will see results. Be patient, and work at it every day. Don't expect a miracle overnight, though you might start feeling different within the first few days. It took about a month before I had the first measurable increases.

Even now, after nine months on this program, I still see and feel improvement almost every day.

A key element to success is to have a positive attitude. You can help bring yourself this attitude by verbally encouraging yourself and recognizing your progress. It might seem silly to you, but saying things like this OUT LOUD to yourself can be very encouraging.

When exercising, or when standing before the mirror, or in the shower, say one or more of these sentences OUT LOUD. Of course, you should feel free to substitute the terms for your penis and testicles that make you feel most comfortable:
