Summary Points
        * We need a shift in the infrastructure paradigm.
        * Political groups need to work with economic development groups.

        * We need to be accountable to ecological & historical, as well as Carson National Forest and BLM.

        * Fire protection is a major concern. We are very vulnerable, because of where our growth is occurring. We do not currently have a plan.

        * As our population increases our roads get dirtier and muddier. We are tearing them up with the amount of traffic they are expected to handle.

        * There has been encouraging cooperation with the Town of Taos to address the affordable housing problem.
