When I was about five I informed my mother that I thought that the Care Bears were the angels. I mean, hey they're up there in the sky on the clouds, helping people. It made sense. I had thought that I was over that, now being a young lady of nineteen years, but recently it became apparent to me that I am not. It all began when I went away to school. I had a bad day and found myself asking the world at large "Just where are the Care Bears when you really need them???" That's when it occured to me that I still looked to them for help. Perhaps this makes me some sort of deranged sicko who just can't get over her childhood. I admit that there's a pretty good possibility of that! But then again, what if they are up there in Care-a-Lot and the Forest of Feelings? As I sit here far away from my home, I find that I really want to beleive that. So I will. And who knows? Maybe one of these days they will come down and see me. I like to keep holding onto that hope.

Well, thanks for dealing with the homesick and deranged babblings of one more of the loonies out there! Now, I offer this little bit of advice to other Care Bear collectors:

I'm sure that all of you out there are honest in your trade, but if there are other people out there who are as nervous as me about buying stuff off the net, TRUST THESE WONDERFUL PEOPLE!
