Executive Director
Cindy Hubberd danced with the Houston Ballet and the Frankfurt Ballet; studied in Texas, New York, London, and has been teaching and directing for 26 years. She owns 3 dance schools and is on staff at Lyon College in Batesville, AR. She and Patrick Crommett founded the company in 1985.

Artistic Director
Patrick Crommett danced with the Royal Swedish and Winnipeg Ballets, has taught all over the US and in France, and is a well known and sought after choreographer. He has also directed several musicals for the Batesville Community Theatre.
