Some time after the Premies were introduced, Coleco produced an even smaller version of the Cabbage Patch Kid known as "Babies". They were partially stuffed with beans and had a strong baby powder scent.
I'm not sure if it was the baby powder scent, but my doll developed a terrible case of the "measles" or what is called by collectors "Cabbage Pox"(mold like spots in the vinyl on the face). If anyone has any idea on how/if these can be removed, please let me know.
This doll has a #1 head mold number but also has a raised #14 mark on the back of his head.
