Directions:

Rnd 1: 6 ch; join with a sl st in a ring.

Rnd 2: 6 ch (first 3 ch counts as first dc), 1 dc in ring, (2 ch, 1 dc in ring) 6 times, 2 ch; join with a sl st to first dc.

Rnd 3: sl st in first ch, (4 ch, 3 tr all joined together) in same loop, 5 ch, *4 tr joined together in next loop, 5 ch; repeat from * around; join with a sl st to first joined trs.

Rnd 4: 1 ch (counts as first sc), (3 sc, 1 picot, 3 sc) in loop, *1 sc in joined trs from previous round, (3 sc, 1 picot, 3 sc) in next loop; repeat from * around; join with a sl st to first sc. Fasten off and secure ends.
