Yellow Belt One-Step Sparring Sets



  1. Step forward to a Left Back Stance and simultaneously execute a Left Double Knife Hand Block. Make a Left Backfist to the face, shift the left foot to form a Left Front Stance, and execute a Right Punch to the solar plexus. Step the left foot to the left, angle out, and execute a Right Roundkick. Lower the right foot to the left foot, step away, Double Fist Guarding Block.

  2. Step forward to form a Left Back Stance and make a Left High Block. Shift the the left foot to form a Left Front Stance and execute a Right Punch to the face, then a Left punch to the solar plexus, followed by a Right Forearm Strike to the face. Hook the right hand behind the opponent's head and execute a Right Knee Kick to the opponent's groin. Lower the right foot to the right, angle out, and execute a Left Roundkick. Lower the left foot to the right foot. Step away, Left Back Stance, Double Fist Guarding Block.

  3. Jump-slide to the left at a 45 degree angle to form a Middle Stance and execute a Left Front Palm Block, followed by a Right Punch and Left Punch to the ribs. Execute a Right Outward Crescent Kick, lower the kicking foot to the previous position and execute a Left Roundkick. Lower the kicking foot to form a Parallel Stance, your back to the opponent, and execute a Right Spin Heel Kick. Lower the right foot to form a Left Back Stance and Double Fist Guarding Block.
