Powers: Enforcer's battlesuit is made of lightweight steel-hard fiber-plastic. The suit grants her superhuman strength and the ability to fly using boot-jets. She is armed with a pistol that shoots energy blasts.

History: (Fury of Firestorm #14, 15, 17, 18)-Mica was an aide to the corrupt businessman Henry Hewitt (Tokamak), who was focused on capturing Firestorm and duplicating his powers. Hewitt designed the Enforcer battlesuit and hired small-time thug Leroy Merkyn to bring down Firestorm. He failed, so Hewitt had him killed and retrieved the armor. Mica was given the Enforcer armor as a gift and instructed to attack Firestorm. Her talents as a secretary didn't translate over to being a supervillain, and she was defeated. Mica's armor was confiscated, and she remains in police custody.

(Suicide Squad #58)-Mica was given parole in return for joining the Suicide Squad as the Enforcer. She fought against Circe during the War of the Gods and died in combat..
