Miyuki is a very skilled mechanic, she has the brains and is very calm and careful. She is an expert at almost any device from computers, locks, password decoding, bomb deffusing and all computer related stuff. She maintains a Honda Today, Yamaha RZ-250 (Natsumi), Moto-Compo(JR-2), GSX-R 750 (Ken). Aside from her talent in mecha, she is skilled in cooking and driving. Her relationship with Ken Nakajima is kinda slooow since they have only had a couple of dates and Ken always gets shy when it comes to Miyuki. Ken Nakajima

Kenny Boy is part of the motorcycle police and is called the "white hawk" of Bokuto Station for some reason which I still cannot figure out. He's funny in the sense that he always gets all mushy and shy when its about Miyuki. Unlike what my friend jeff said about him being useless and always late for the action, I believe Ken plays an important role in assisting Miyuki and Natsumi in a lot of cases. Ken is particularly close to Maho, a schoolgirl, whom he saves when trying to find her lost kitty.

The chief is the silent type and is always supportive of his officers. Very cool and suave, he attracted Natsumi in the first few episodes of the series. He usually hangs out at the Tokyo Tower, which was revealed why during the Movie where he usually waits for his best friend detective Imoto who disappeared two years ago and was never seen since until the Movie. The chief is skilled in Kendo and is a very good friend of Mr. Tokuno.

Yoriko is the dispatcher and nosey gossip spreader. She's usually very concerned with Miyuki and Ken's relationship and tries to pair them up on dates. She's very funny with her reactions and can sometimes be irritating when she spreads her rumors.

Aoi is a cross-dresser (gay for short) but is well accepted by the whole police force. I was surprised to know that someone (a man) actually fell in love with her. She used to be an undercover policeman who caught perverts with her disguise, sadly she got used to her outfit and retained her female image. 

Considered a terror by most officers because it is said that he has sent delinquent officers to remote islands, he regularly checks up on Police stations including Bokuto. He is very impressed with Bokuto's performance especially that of Miyuki and Natsumi. I think he has the role of being a father image to the police and he acts like a supplement to the chief when it comes to guidance and wisdom.

Lieutenant Kinoshita appeared only in the last 3 episodes (File 49-51) and in the movie. She is very serious when it come to her job and like Arizuka, she highly regards Bokuto Station. I am looking forward to her part in the second season, I like her because she is really a tough yet cool kind of policewoman. note: she looked better in the movie than in the TV series season 1.

Mr. Tokuno is part of the Investigation department. He solves cases like robberies and theft, most of which Miyuki and Natsumi help him out with. He drives a Honda Legend and is considered the most accurate source of information. Natsumi once liked Mr. Tokuno when she was still into the "old guy" thing, but fortunately she met Shouji.

Chief Officer Shouji Toukairin

Date of Birth: Same as Natsumi

Chief officer Toukairin (that's me) first appeared on File 34, he rescued the chief and some kid from the Tokyo Tower incident where they were stuck on the roof of the observation deck. He's in tip top shape since he is a part of the mountain rescue team and stayed at Bokuto to train the officers. With his exceptional strength, he has become Natsumi's rival in eating and in arm wrestling, but later on develops a relationship with Natsumi. Sadly he has to leave for the Himalayas and kisses Natsumi goodbye on the day of his departure...(Awww...).

Daimaru is Ken's dad while Sena is only 20 years old! The two got married when they discovered each other on the highway and Sena got impressed with Daimaru's riding skills, they then moved in to the Bokuto neighborhood and put up a motorcycle shop called Zapper. Sena tries to help natsumi and yoriko in helping Miyuki and Ken get a little push in the right direction. She really wants to see her grandhild (at an early age) and I hope it will be from Miyuki.

Chie Sagamouno

Yoriko's rival since the police academy, she is rich and maybe beautiful (but not as beautiful as Miyuki and Natsumi). She drives a Porsche 911 for patrol and is obsessed with beating Yoriko. I guess she is better than Yoriko in all aspects of being a policewoman, it's just that Yoriko is so darn lucky. Her father is so rich she practically has a forest for her backyard and she had this twisted idea of being a policewoman, the only reason she joined the force was to impress her social circle (weird).

Strike Otoko / Striker

One of the most irritating characters in the series, a very dense and vague person. He thinks he is the defender of justice and goes around town punishing violators with baseballs. He changes identities from "santa claus man" to "beach volleyball man"  but he is nevertheless unmistakably still the striker. His eternal rival is Natsumi whom he calls "home run woman" because she always hits all his lame pitches. note: Miyuki was able to hit his pitch in File 50!

Oshou

Oshou is the priest of the temple where Miyuki and Natsumi frequently visit, he is also the chief's senior and uncle. He is also an acquaintance of Shouji while he stayed in Bokuto for the mountain training lectures. He is called "Fox" and he loves to test new officers on their first day by challenging them to puzzles, races and surprises. He is also very helpful to Miyuki and Natsumi because he can forward information to the two like he did in File 12 (the Saori incident). 

Reiko Sakai

A minor role in the OAV particularly File 4. She is Natsumi's partner in the marathon escort assignment and helped Natsumi realize she needs Miyuki and vice versa. She helped Natsumi out while training for the white bike troopers. 

Mr. Kanno

Daimaru's good friend and mechanic in their racing days, he tuned the best bike ever for Daimaru when they were racing but it unfortunately conked out and he ruined his life in alcohol. I guess it was fate when Natsumi met him and he was reunited with his old buddy Daimaru and so they both help Miyuki out with her machine parts.

Saori Saga

Saori desperately wants to be a policewoman no matter what, I guess she was finally able to join in the second season. She helps Miyuki and Natsumi, which she considers her masters, in solving crimes and mysteries. Usually Saori gets in the middle of a case and Miyuki and Natsumi are the ones who help her out. She looks pretty cute and funny in the second season.

Maho and the Kids

The kids are very close to Natsumi and Miyuki, some cases involve them both directly and indirectly. I guess they also play important roles in the series but I was surprised when I saw them mature in the second season, they seem to be in grade school and not anymore in kindergarten as before. Like Saori, they do their best to be of assistance to Miyuki, Natsumi and the whole Bokuto Police Station.

Miyuki's patrol car and friend, she feels very close to her car especially when she hurts it. The car somehow expresses Miyuki, take the times when the car was severely damaged for instance, at the same time Miyuki was also experiencing difficulties of her own like her loneliness for Natsumi.
