History UCC anime club was founded in 1995 by Brad A. Reckless. During it's first year it underwent great financial difficulties yet miraculously survived. Later, the club was passed on to Matt Weisel who ran the club from 1999 to mid 2001. The Club was recently placed in the hands of Michael A. C. Miller who will continue to run the club until he sees fit or 2005, whichever comes first!
